One cited after dump truck overturns in Felton

An overturned dump truck in Felton on Thursday morning, closed down one lane.
Delaware State Police say around 8:15 AM, 27-year-old Joshua Lineweaver, of Seaford, was driving a 1985 Ford dump truck on South DuPont Highway coming up to Irish Hill Road, when he swerved. Police say the truck went from the left lane, across the right lane, before leaving the road and overturning on its passenger side into a farm field, spilling stone.
Lineweaver was reportedly not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, and was trapped in the cab of the truck, temporarily. He was later rushed to Bayhealth Kent General Hospital, where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say Lineweaver was cited for failure to remain within a single lane. DelDOT and DNREC are reportedly still on the scene, cleaning up the fuel spill, the spilt stones, and uprighting the truck. The right lane of Route 13 northbound is currently closed.
