Update: DSP investigating fatal crash in Millsboro

Delaware State Police are continuing their investigation into a two-vehicle crash that killed a Millsboro man on Saturday afternoon.
According to police, 55-year-old Robin Slacum was pronounced dead after his car veered across the median for an unknown reason and struck another vehicle just before 5:30 p.m. Saturday.
Police reports show 34-year-old Melissa Enck was operating the other vehicle. She was transported to the hospital along with a three children, ages 15, 9 and 2.
All three were properly restrained, and have since been released from Beebe Medical Center.
Officials say that Slacum was not properly restrained during the crash and extensively trapped in his vehicle.
As of Sunday, police tell 47ABC that it is unknown whether alcohol or drug impairment was a factor in the crash at this time.
This crash remains under investigation.
