None injured as car crashes into Millville building

Members of the Delaware State Police say they are investigating a crash where the driver apparently drove through the entrance of Beebe Healthcare Rehab Services just before 3:00 P.M. Wednesday.
Authorities say the driver of the vehicle was attempting to park his car in the lot of the office building, when he tells police his foot allegedly slipped off the brake as he began to mark. The driver then stepped on the gas pedal, accelerating the vehicle into the building and coming to a stop just inside.
Police say the 75-year-old driver was uninjured in the collision but was taken by ambulance to Beebe Healthcare for observation. Troopers reportedly charged the driver with Inattentive Driving.
Troopers say no one inside the building was injured in the crash and the building was evacuated.
