Salisbury to hold public input goal setting session

Salisbury officials are asking for your help in mapping out the future of the city.

This Friday from 9AM-4PM, Mayor Day along with other city officials will be holding a city goal setting session to discuss what citizens want to see accomplished in the coming years.

He says public input is very important and that the city needs to come together.

“We’re going to spend a day together and then we have a mediator, a facilitator, who’s going to manage the process, who will help us then turn what we hear into a set of goals, and objectives, and priorities for the coming years.”

Mayor Day says that Salisbury residents can expect to see changes drafted and implemented early 2016.
