Information sought in Salisbury mall assault and robbery investigation

Police in Salisbury say they are looking for information, after a woman was assaulted and robbed in the parking lot of the mall.
Salisbury Police say on Wednesday around 7:30 PM, Officers responded to the parking lot near the Food Court of the of the Centre at Salisbury on North Salisbury Boulevard, for reports of an assault and robbery. Once on scene, Officers say they found that two suspects walked up to the 56-year-old woman, as she was getting into her vehicle.
According to the report, suspect one pushed the woman to the ground, and held her down, while the second suspect went into her car and took her purse. The two men then apparently fled the scene on foot.
Police say the victim was not injured in the assault, and didn’t need medical attention.
Investigators describe suspect one as a man with a dark complexion, between 18 and 22-years-old, standing about 6′ tall, last seen wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, a black winter hat, dark jeans. Suspect two is described by Police as a man with a light complexion, between 18 and 19-years-old, standing 5′ 9″ tall, with braids in his hair.
