Man airlifted to hospital following crash

Police say a man is in the hospital after he was ejected from his car in a Saturday morning crash.

The crash happened around 11:15 a.m. Saturday in the northbound lanes of Route 113, north of Spring Hill Road.

The single vehicle crash reportedly ejected the man from his car. He was airlifted to Christiana Hospital by Delaware State Police; however, there is no word yet on his condition.

We’re told the roads have reopened since the crash.

Police say the crash remains under investigation.
