Christmas Week Record Highs

I think it is safe to say that we definitely won’t be seeing a white Christmas on Delmarva. Instead, it could possibly be a record breaking, warm holiday week.

As of right now, temperatures are expected to slowly climb into the lower 70s for Christmas Eve. The old record for December 24th of 70 degrees was set back last year. A cold front will move through overnight on Thursday, as Santa Clause makes his way into town, and cools us down just a bit for Christmas Day.

If you want to keep up with these records, listen in every day to the newscast and compare the record high to the actual high that day. We will be very close to breaking records a couple of days this week.

Have a Merry warm Christmas!
