Local homeless man receives new bike

GEORGETOWN, Del. – A man in need of transportation is celebrating his new pair of hot wheels.

According to the Sheperd’s Office, Keith Smack is struggling with homelessness right now, but that didn’t stop his excitement about his new bike. The organization says a very kind woman found out about him needing transportation and dropped it off for him.

We’re told Keith is also a house painter looking for work.
