Troops overseas receive scrolls signed by local students, law enforcement

FEDERALSBURG, Md. – Troopers overseas got some extra love from home before the New Year, thanks to scrolls that were sent by George Jackson.

George didn’t work alone though, as he tells us the scrolls were signed by students at Federalsburg Elementary School and members of local law enforcement. George says he’s thrilled the scrolls got to the soldiers in Afghanistan before the end of the year, and that it was a great way to end 2020.
