Suspect wanted in armed 7-11 robbery

Dover Police are looking for a man suspected of robbing a 7-11 convenience store on Sunday night.

According to Police, the man entered the store on N. DuPont Highway at around 10:17 P.M., and pointed a silver and black handgun at the clerk, demanding money.

Investigators say the clerk complied and gave the suspect the contents of the cash register.

Following that, police say the man fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Investigators say the suspect was described as a black male, between 5’8″ and 5’10”, with a slim build and wearing gray sweatpants and a gray hoodie.
