Dover shooting leaves one man injured and officials say, uncooperative

DOVER, Del. – Dover Police are investigating a shooting that left one man with two gun shot wounds.

Police say, a little after 1 a.m., in the area of South queen street and reed street, a 36 year old Dover man, was shot once in the wrist and once in the thigh with a gun.

Officers were called to Bayhealth Kent General hospital after the victim had arrived in a private vehicle. Officials say the victim is being treated for non-life threatening injuries, and has been uncooperative with detectives at this time.
