Pocomoke City Police, church hand out free coats and other items

POCOMOKE, Md. – Pocomoke City Police and Saint Mary’s Church are making sure those in need are taken care of ahead of the holidays and during the cold season.

On Facebook, the Pocomoke City Police Department says they handed out free coats, sweaters, toys, and Christmas decorations to those in the community on Saturday. The church then handed out the same items to anyone who needs them. Police say this is all just to bring the community together and help those who may need more this holiday season.
