UPDATE: Man wanted after firing shots in Rehoboth Shores in custody

Police say they have arrested a man, who was wanted after firing shots in Rehoboth Shores.
Delaware State Police say 24-year-old Cecil Hicks, of Millsboro, turned himself in to Troop 4 in Georgetown on Wednesday. He was then formally charged with assault 2nd, possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, aggravated menacing, reckless endangering 1st, endangering the welfare of a child, and criminal mischief.
The charges stem from a December 20 incident, where Police say Hicks fired a gun at his 29-year-old girlfriend, while chasing her on Starboard Court in the Rehoboth Shores development, before assaulting her.
Hicks is now being held at the Sussex Correctional Institution on a $34,500 secured bond.
