79 Year Old John Culhane of Berlin was traveling Southbound on Gravel Hill Road.  Police say he was preparing to turn east on to route 9.  The traffic light on both North and Southbound lanes showed green, when Troopers say Culhane failed to yield the right of way and began turning left into the path of the tractor trailer.
