Local woman receives honor from Governor Hogan

WORCESTER CO., Md. – Maryland Governor Larry Hogan and first lady Yumi Hogan honored a young woman during their visit to the Shore on Tuesday.

In celebration of National Disability Employment Awareness Month, Governor Hogan presented a citation to Toni Dixon, who is a graduate of Worcester County’s Project SEARCH program and also a full time AGH employee. If you didn’t know, Project SEARCH is a work training program for young adults with disabilities through the partnership of the business, school, and local community.
