Homeless man receives bike

GEORGETOWN, Del. – A homeless man recently received a bike to help him get around.

James Simpson is homeless and carless and was reportedly hoping to get a bike. The Sheperd’s Office posted on Facebook that one was dropped off for James by someone named Robert A. Hoey, and they’re now thanking the man for his generous donation.
