Coronavirus cases across the shore: September 23, 2020

DELMARVA – Below is an update on COVID-19 cases across the Eastern Shore for September 23rd.

Maryland added 385 new cases over the last 24 hours, bringing the statewide total to 121,297. Locally, Wicomico County added five new cases, bringing their total to 1,919. Worcester County added ten new cases, bringing their total to 1,020.

Delaware added 69 cases overnight, so they now stand at 19,830 total cases. Sussex County added seven new cases, bringing the county’s total to 6,673.

Virginia is reporting a total of 135,626 cases, up more than 500 in 24 hours. Accomack County is reporting 1,169 cases.
