Arby’s donates to Junior Achievement of the Eastern Shore
SALISBURY, Md. – A fast food chain recently made a generous donation to a local organization.
On Thursday, Junior Achievement of the Eastern Shore thanked the owner of the three local Arby’s restaurants for donated $8,900 to their non-profit. The owner, Todd Hershey, had previously nominated JA for the grant and to their surprise, they won.
In a statement, Junior Achievement said “we knew we had been nominated, but we were not expecting a gift of this size.” We’re told this donation is a part of their Make A Difference campaign, and from now through September 27th, all proceeds donated will go towards helping JA reach students on the shore.
