Dover Wins Henlopen Title After Finishing Season Undefeated in Conference

Dover boys basketball team capped off a remarkable season by winning the Henlopen Title after going undefeated in conference. 

The Senators were led by star player Jordan Allen with 39 points on the night and Steven Justice was behind him with 17. 

It was a tough battle for the Senators as Milford tried to keep it close throughout, but could never grasp the lead. Dover was up 12-8 after the first quarter, and 25-22 at the half. Starting the fourth quarter it was Dover up still 41-38. Than it was all Senators  as they scored 31 points in the final 8 minutes while Milford could only score 21 in the fourth. 

Up next for the Senators is playoffs. They have earned the highest seed in the Henlopen Conference and a first round bye in playoffs.
