Decatur girls fall late to Glenelg

The Stephen Decatur girls basketball team dropped a close matchup in the 3A East regional final, falling to Glenelg 45-44 on Saturday night.

Dayona Godwin scored a game-high 24 points and Amya Mumford finished with 13. For Glenelg, Jessica Foster finished with 17.

The Seahawks finish the 2015-16 season as Bayside champions and 3A East runners up.
