Del. boy gives back to homeless and hungry
DELAWARE – One young boy in Delaware is proving you are never too young to show compassion and love to one another.
9-year-old Matthew Rogers donated tubs full of blessing bags to the Shepherd’s Office on Thursday. He, along with his mom and grandfather, packed bags for the homeless or hungry, full of snacks, inspiring messages, and small activities to do.
Jim Martin with the Shepherd’s Office posted this act of kindness on Facebook, saying the sweet little boy already has a heart of gold, and he was privileged to stand next to him, his mom Maria, and his grandpop.
