Home shooting in Lincoln under investigation

Delaware State Police is currently investigating a shooting after they say someone shot at a man at his Lincoln home.
According to the report, on Sunday, a 39-year-old man was inside his home in the 20000 block of Jefferson Road when he reportedly heard a car engine revving, around 10:15 AM. The man then went outside to investigate. Police say the victim saw a red older model car, possibly a Volkswagen Jetta, at the bottom of his driveway. Authorities say the driver then fired multiple shots at the victim from an unknown type of handgun, before fleeing northbound on Jefferson Road.
Officials say the man was not hit by the rounds. There are no suspects at this time. 47 ABC with a Public Information Officer with the DSP, who said that this Lincoln home shooting and the on Friday don't appear to be related.
