Seaford man wanted for allegedly assaulting his sister in front of her child

Police are asking for the public's help in finding a Seaford man in Laurel, on Monday.

According to Delaware State Police, 24-year-old Michael Washington of Seaford, is wanted for first degree burglary, third degree assault, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal mischief.

He is also wanted out of Seaford Police Department and three warrants out of Sussex County courts. Washington is wanted in connection with an alleged incident that happened last Thursday when he allegedly broke into his sister's home and assaulted her in front of her child.
