Pennsylvania man tased after allegedly resisting arrest, acting disorderly

Police say that a Pennsylvania man was tased after resisting arrest in Ocean City on Thursday night.
According to the Ocean City Police Department, at 7:00 p.m., officers responded to the Inlet Fishing Pier for a report of a pedestrian accident involving one of the Boardwalk Trams. A woman told police that she was the victim of a collision.
While officers were trying to investigate the collision, a man identified as 29-year-old Christopher Campbell (the victim's husband) was reportedly acting very disorderly, shouting and cursing at officers and citizens passing by.
Due to his actions, police reportedly could not investigate the collision so he was placed under arrest. Police say that Campbell then began to resist arrest and after being warned several times, officers deployed their taser striking the suspect.
After further struggle, Campbell was arrested. The victim of the pedestrian collision refused EMS treatment.
