Seaford man arrested following drug investigation

MILLSBORO, Del. – Delaware State Police arrested a Seaford man on multiple charges following a drug investigation.

On Friday, the Delaware State Police Sussex Drug Unit, Sussex Governor’s Task Force, and the Millsboro Police Department wrapped up a drug investigation at the Iron Branch Apartments in Millsboro. Police say the target of the investigation, 34-year-old Sheldon White, had active warrants out of the Seaford Police Department, Sussex Family Court, and the Justice of the Peace court.

He was located outside of the apartments and found in possession of 1,375 bags of heroin (approximately 9.625 grams), five bags of cocaine (approximately 49.44 grams), approximately 480.70 grams of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and more than $1,800 in suspected drug money.

White was charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance in a tier 3 quantity, possession of a controlled substance in a tier 1 quantity, and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held at SCI on $21,500 cash only bond.
