Overturned dump truck causes road closure in Frankford

FRANKFORD, Del. – Delaware State Police are currently on scene of a single vehicle crash involving an overturned dump truck with a fuel spill.

Police say the incident happened just before 1:30 p.m. As a result, Lowes Crossing Road east of Pear Tree Road in Frankford is closed at this time.

Motorists should expect delays and are urged to seek alternate routes of travel.
