MSP: Boat located in roadway after Somerset Co. crash

Troopers say two trucks were involved in a crash which left a boat in a Princess Anne roadway on Wednesday morning.

The Maryland State Police Princess Anne Barrack says around 11:00 AM, two pickup trucks were involved in a crash on Mount Vernon Road, near E Ridge Road. Authorities say tow trucks are currently on scene. Police report that a vehicle was carrying a boat which landed in the roadway as a result of the crash.

According to the report, the drivers sustained minor injuries. 

Troopers say the scene is expected to be cleared momentarily.
