Woman arrested on assault and destruction of property charges in Md.

A woman was arrested after deputies say she refused to leave a residence and destroyed property, in Salisbury.
The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office says on Sunday, just before 3:30 PM, deputies were dispatched to a residence on S Kaywood Drive for a disturbance. Once on scene, deputies learned that 22-year-old Jezelle Middleton, of Gwynn Oak, MD, arrived at the house and refused to leave.
According to the report, Middleton threw a lamp at a resident and poured laundry detergent on the carpet inside the house. Authorities say the 22-year-old refused to leave after deputies and the resident told her to leave.
Middleton was arrested and charged with assault second degree, two counts of malicious destruction of property, disturb the peace, and fail to obey a lawful order.
