GOP Debate: What to watch out for

Thursday will be a big night for republican candidates as they take the floor for another debate.

Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio and John Kasich are to set to face off at the University of Miami at 8:30 p.m.

CNN’s Jake Tapper and Dana Bash will moderate, while radio host Hugh Hewitt and Washington Times’ Stephen Dinan join as questioners.

Billy Carroll, chairman of the Sussex County Republican Committee, admits this debate will be no more important than the other debates; however, he says it’s important for viewers to listen to how the candidates actually answer a question.

Carroll tells 47ABC that’s where the candidates have been falling short this political season.

“I would want them to sync into substance and really start answering the questions of…what are you going to try to implement in your policy statements? We have the general overall…we’d like to know what some of the specifics overall.” He tells 47ABC.

Carroll says right now, there are more registered republican voters living in Sussex County than democrats.
