West Virginia teen hospitalized after diving incident in Ocean City

Police say that a West Virginia teen was injured after he dove head first into a bay in Ocean City on Tuesday afternoon.

According to Ocean City Police, around 2:00 p.m., officers and Ocean City firefighters responded to 25th Street and the bay for a 19-year-old teen of West Virginia, who dove head first into a bay.

Maryland State Police troop four transported the teen to a Baltimore area hospital for neck and back injuries.

It's unclear if the man has been released.
