Mardela Baseball Wins In Walk-Off Fashion

The Mardela Baseball team won Tuesday night 4-3 in a Walk-Off After Pocomoke tied this game up threatening to send it to extras. 

This game was tied 2-2 until the bottom of the 4th when Mardela took the 3-2 lead, and it seemed as if it would stay that way after bats were silenced by both teams. It wasnt until the 7th inning that things changed. 

Pocomoke up to bat in the top of the 7th looking to stay alive and force extra innings, they loaded the bases and tied the game up. They had a change to take the lead but there would be no such luck. 

Mardela in the bottom of the 7th and runners get on base than its Drew Owens up to bat and he hits a the walk-off single to win this game for his team. 

Mardela is back in action Thursday against Crisfield
