Roser & Skoglund Lift Easton Past Clippers

The Easton girls lacrosse team picked up another win Friday night when they topped Bennett 15-7. The win improves the Warriors to 1-0, while the loss drops the Clippers to 0-1.

Easton would jump out to a quick lead as Ellie Roser would have it going. She scored in traffic, while also being able to find the back of the net off free position shots to quickly help her team out to a lead. Once they were out in front, Emma Skoglund got going as well. She would add a pair of scores as the lead would stretch to 8. Bennett would finally get their offense going as well, as Julianna Sterling would fire in a free position shot to cut the deficit down to just 5. But the Warriors offense continued to keep coming, as they were able to close it out for the win. 

Bennett returns to work on Wednesday when they host Worcester Prep, while Easton traveled to Stephen Decatur on Friday.
