Salisbury woman, 39, accused of assaulting juvenile

Members of the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office say around 10:43 AM on March 30, deputies responded to a call of an alleged assault on Ebenezer Drive.

Deputies say Takisha Rubel, 39, of Salisbury, a complainant stated to responding officers that Rubel interceded in a fight between two juveniles, when she allegedly began assaulting one of them.

Officers go on to say Rubel is also accused of assaulting that juvenile’s mother, when she responded to the scene.

Lt. Tim Robinson of the Wicomico Co. Sheriff’s Office says Rubel was charged with second degree Assault and detained in lieu of $5,000.00 bond.
