Gulls unleash power on PSU Harrisburg

The Salisbury University softball team won its 6th game in a row on Sunday afternoon, defeating Penn State Harrisburg 13-1 in the second game of a doubleheader.

Senior shortstop Kim Dorsey went 2-3 on the day, registering 4 RBIs, including a two-run home run in the fourth inning. Molly Simpson continued her tear, she added a two run home-run. Starting pitcher Brooke Mizelle also hit a home run, to go along with nine strikeouts in five innings.

The Sea Gulls are back in action on Monday, April 11, hosting York College of Pennsylvania for another doubleheader at the SU Softball Field. The first game is scheduled to begin at 12:30 p.m.
