Two displaced after space heater fire in Dover

A house fire in Dover has been ruled accidental, after Investigators reportedly linked it to a malfunctioning space heater.
The Delaware Office of the State Fire Marshal says the flames started just before 2:00 PM on Sunday, inside of a home on Artis Drive, off Forrest Avenue, in Dover. The Dover Fire Department reported responded, and apparently found flames coming out of the second story of the home.
After the flames were extinguished, Investigators took over the scene. They say the fire started inside of a second floor bedroom, with a malfunctioning portable space heater. The fire then apparently vented out of an outside window.
No injuries were reported, but two adults were displaced from the house, and are being assisted by the American Red Cross. Officials say heavy fire damage is estimated at $10,000.
