Eastern Shore Community Groups Discuss Family Advocacy
(CAMBRIDGE, Md) – Groups from across the Eastern Shore are swapping ideas to support children and families across the area.
It’s part of the Maryland Community Action Partnership’s “Whole Family Regional Convening,” where representatives from non-profits can discuss working to serve their communities more effectively.
And they want to focus on those discussion benefiting multiple generations in a family.
“The panel discussion was looking at a practical approach to the whole family, which is two generation approach, and two generation is looking at the whole family and looking at how we can intentionally develop outcomes for that family…” says Maryland Community Action Partnership Executive Director, Angela Martin.
