Offender sought after walking away from trash collecting duty

The Delaware Department of Correction says Chad Neibert, 22, reportedly fled from community service along Route One near Milford Wednesday.

Neibert was assigned to a service detail that collects litter from state roadways, under the supervision of DOC staff.

DOC officials describe Neibert, a Milford resident, as a white male, 5’11, 280 lbs., with brown hair, brown eyes, and some facial hair.

Neibert is serving time for Violation of Parole on third degree Burglary charges.
