Laurel School District canceling Lunch Box Bus deliveries

LAUREL, Del. – The Laurel School District has announced that due to safety concerns for their bus drivers and staff, they are canceling their Lunch Box Bus deliveries at this time.

In addition, Grab N Go Meal sites will be reducing their days of operation to three, with pickups being held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. However, a total of four meals per day per kid will be offered as a result of the schedule change.

Grab N Go Meal sites will be open again on Wednesday, March 25th, from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.

Also, per Governor Carney’s stay-at-home order, the Laurel School District will be closed until further notice.
