Charlie Paparella Visits the Laurel Market Musician

LAUREL, Del. – In this week’s edition of Back on the Road with Charlie Paparella, brought to you by Furniture & More Gone Coastal, Charlie visits local talent at the Laurel Junction Fleamarket.

The Laurel Junction Fleamarket, located on Route 13, is the spot to by anything you can imagine. Charlie observes the familiar exterior of the Hispanic grocery store, with bright yellow rooves, that reminds you of its past glory. Here, hallways are always lined with people and products from all over the world.

And at the excellent restaurant located on the premises, live music comes from above, thanks to Tony Windsor. Born in Crisfield and currently residing in Seaford, Windsor tells Charlie that he plays songs in the Junction’s “perch,” and that he couldn’t love it more.

“I’m having a blast, man. I love singing and I love music and I love all kinds of music you know, and this gives me an opportunity to do that,” Windsor tells Charlie. “I played a number of years at the Chincoteague Fair Grounds, every year I would play, and one thing I said about that was I could sing everything, all types of music, country rock, classic rock and it’s the same situation here, I can play everything here and I love being able to do everything.”
