Harrington man arrested after domestic dispute

Members of the Harrington Police Department say a Harrington man was arrested over the weekend after reportedly threatening a woman’s life.

Reports say, police responded to a home on South DuPont Highway for a report of a domestic dispute. Upon arrival police say, they made contacted with 58-year-old Kenneth Kellam and an adult female. During the course of the investigation police determined that Kellam and the female were involved in an argument. During the argument Kellam reportedly assaulted the victim and threatened to kill her causing her to fear for her safety.

Kellam was taken into custody and charged with offensive touching and terroristic threatening. He is being held in default of $1,500 secured bond.
