BERLIN, Md. – The Berlin Peach Festival Returns the first Saturday in August from 10am – 3pm at the Calvin B. Taylor House.

The event will include music, vendors, and of course – everything peaches. Some sweet delicacies offered include Berlin’s signature dessert – peach dumplings, peach ice cream from Chesapeake Bay Farms, and a peach pie baking competition.

Dr. Melissa Reid is the executive director at the Calvin B. Taylor House, the Berlin Town Museum, which is the non-profit that hosts the annual event.

“It’s a huge event, for the economy of our town.” Said Reid. “So we are we are so lucky that it’s still going that after 18 years, we’re still doing it. And that it helps both the museum, but then also helps a lot of the vendors in town or the shop owners in town as well.”

The peach festival is the Taylor House’s largest fundraiser of the year, and past attendees say it is “peachy-keen.”

Parking is available at the event parking lot on the corner of West and Washington, or there is a shuttle from Berlin Intermediate School.
