Spanish Exchange Students Visit WMDT

SALISBURY, Md. – Tonight’s Good News is brought to you in part by Matt the Carpet Guy, coming from right here at WMDT.

This week, we had the absolute pleasure of hosting the Global Friendships Summer Spanish Exchange Program for a tour! WMDT’s Chief Meteorologist Rich Wirdzek and many other staff members gave this group of students a tour of our station, showing them the ins-and outs of television production. The students even got to sit right here in the studio and watch a live broadcast in person.

We thank the exchange program for picking us to be a little part of their big tour of Maryland!
