Community Foundation Women’s Fund Awards $65K to Lower Shore

WICOMICO, WORCESTER & SOMERSET COUNTIES, Md. – Tonight’s Good News is brought to you in part by Matt the Carpet Guy.

The Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore’s Women’s Fund recently awarded $65,000 to non-profit organizations serving Wicomico, Worcester, and Somerset counties. The goal of the grants is to support programs that meet the unmet needs of women and girls along the Lower Shore. A few of the awarded organizations include Epoch Dream Center and Big Brothers and Big Sisters of the Eastern Shore.
