Rotarian of the Year

SALISBURY, Md. – Tonight’s Good News is brought to you in part by Matt the Carpet Guy, coming out of the Rotary Club of Salisbury.

A big congratulations to John Hall for being named Rotarian of the Year! John is a retired businessman, former Wicomico County Council member, and a leader of a long list of other community organizations. Hall recently assisted the Tanzania Medical Project, raising half a million dollars for medical supplies in Tanzania.

The Rotary club chose to celebrate John because, despite serious health challenges, he has shown constant commitment to embody the rotary’s motto: “Service above self”.
