Reward offered in homicide case in which Salisbury 10-year-old was killed by gunfire

SALISBURY, Md. – Maryland State Police are once again asking for help collecting information on a homicide that killed a 10-year-old boy in Salisbury.

A reward of up to $25,000 is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for killing Tyron Colbert Jr.

Back in August of 2024, Tyron was found dead inside his Clay Street home as a result of being hit by gunfire.

Nearly two years later, his family and investigators are still searching for answers.
