Cambridge Worker Saves a Life
CAMBRIDGE, Md. – Tonight’s Good News is brought to you in part by Matt the Carpet Guy.
The City of Cambridge is highlighting code enforcement officer Ja’Ron Jones after he helped stop an overdose on Friday.
Ja’Ron was flagged down by a bystander seeking help on his way back to the office when he grabbed Narcan and gloves from his car, and administered it to a man in time for EMS to arrive. As the man was coming around, Jones explained what happened, and he shook Jones’ hand, thanking him for saving his life.
The City says that while it wasn’t his job, he knew what to do and he did it. Thank you Ja’Ron!
