Bank of Ocean City Celebrates Several Key Promotions
OCEAN CITY, Md. — Bank of Ocean City President & CEO Reid Tingle, along with the Board of Directors, is pleased to announce the promotions of Kimberly Duvall to Vice President, Lindsey Flinn to Vice President, Amanda Maness to Vice President, Luke Buas to Assistant Vice President, and Sean Norman to Assistant Vice President.
Kimberly Duvall brings more than 25 years of banking and office management experience, including over five years with Bank of Ocean City. She holds an associate degree in general studies and has built a career focused on operational leadership, employee development, and customer service excellence. Kimberly enjoys mentoring staff and helping employees succeed both professionally and personally throughout their careers. She has also volunteered with organizations including Habitat for Humanity and Chesapeake Housing Mission.
Lindsey Flinn has been with Bank of Ocean City for 21 years, beginning her career as a teller in 2005. She holds an Associate of Arts degree from Wor-Wic Communi
ty College, is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance through the University of Maryland Global Campus, earned the ABA Small Business Banker Certification, and completed the 2023–2024 Maryland Bankers Association Emerging Leaders Program. Lindsey is committed to improving processes, building strong teams, and creating consistency and efficiency across daily operation
s. She is also involved with the TidalHealth Atlantic Foundation and Junior Achievement.
Amanda Maness has more than 20 years of banking experience, including seven years with Bank of Ocean City. She earned an associate degree from Delaware Technical Community College, holds the ABA Deposit Compliance Certification, and is a 2025 graduate of Maryland Banking School. Amanda is dedicated to supporting employees in their daily work while helping improve processes to create more efficient and streamlined banking experiences. She is active in the community through her involvement with Ocean City Baptist Church and the TidalHealth Atlantic Council Foundation.
Luke Buas has five years of commercial lending experience, including three years with the Bank of Ocean City. He holds undergraduate degrees in Real Estate and Finance, an MBA,
and the Certified Commercial Loan Officer designation. Luke enjoys working closely with local businesses to help identify financing solutions that support their growth and long-term success. He is also active in the community through his service on the executive board of Habitat for Humanity.
Sean Norm
an joined Bank of Ocean City in 2025 following a distinguished 20-year career as an FBI Special Agent investigating complex financial crimes and cyber-enabled fraud schemes. He also brings prior experience in public accounting and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland, an MBA in Finance from Auburn University, and both CPA and Certified Fraud Examiner designations. In his role, he values helping protect customers and the bank from financial crime while supporting a strong culture of integrity and security. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, especially at the beach and on the water.
