Alabama man arrested for road rage incident in Queen Anne’s County

STEVENSVILLE, Md. – An Alabama man was arrested for a road rage incident in Queen Anne’s County.

According to the Queen Anne’s County Office of the Sheriff, 59-year-old Brian Normand of Mobile, Alabama was arrested on a number of charges including first and second degree assault.

Back on May 3, Normand reportedly blocked the shoulder on Route 50 with his vehicle in an attempt to stop drivers from passing on the shoulder to reach the Duke Street exit.

A complainant approached Norman’s vehicle, telling him to get out of the way.

Norman then allegedly brandished a gun and pointed it towards the victim’s face.

A later search of Norman’s vehicle found the loaded firearm.

Norman was later held without bond following his arrest.
