Pickup Truck Crashes into Trees in Millsboro

MILLSBORO, Del. – The Indian River Volunteer Fire Company responded to a single-vehicle crash on Sunday afternoon.
At 3:26 p.m. on Apr. 19, crews were alerted for a vehicle accident on Banks Road, just east of Long Neck Road. Additional emergency alerts included the Mid Sussex Rescue Squad and the Delaware State Fire Police.
Emergency response crew assignments included vehicle stabilization, patient stabilization, fluid and debris recovery, traffic control and overall incident mitigation.
The fire company says a white pickup truck was traveling on Banks Road when it left the roadway, striking a cluster of trees. The Delaware State Police are investigating.
