Salisbury Paramedic Foundation Teams Up with Wor-Wic

SALISBURY, Md. – Tonight’s Good News, brought to you in part by Matt the Carpet Guy.

The Salisbury Paramedic Foundation is continuing its efforts to support future EMS workers. The foundation worked with Wor-Wic Community College to identify 11 students ready to take the Paramedic test from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians, providing a $175 voucher to each student to cover the cost of the exam.

The Foundation says they hope to help ease the growing demand for emergency medical service professionals through providing these vouchers.
